The Mayor runs day to day business, executes town's contracts, has the right to vote on matters before the board, & shall not make major purchases in excess of five hundred dollars until a vote is taken by the board of mayor and aldermen.
The Board of Mayor & Aldermen manage personnel. The officers of the municipality shall consist of a mayor and six aldermen, who shall be elected at large from the municipality.
